Mike is the best.
I just had my air conditioner serviced for the 1st time (from Airplus) and MIKE was my service rep.
If my company had an opening for him, I would hire him in 5 SECONDS! He was by far, the most professional, smart, clean, efficient, and trustworthy individual, that I have ever met on a service call at my home.
I will definitely call Airplus again, use him for my heater service, and two other homes in the area.
WARNING: You better take care of that employee, because someone is sure to scoop him up! He is very valuable to any company out there.
