Ed at IHS has done a number of projects for us at our different houses. Out of the multitude of bids, his always come out the most reasonable, and his work is excellent. He is very reliable, very friendly, and when he has people help him it's always the same people, so I know ho is coming and that I can trust them.

One time, I felt we got charged for something that we shouldn't have, but Ed was very reasonable and willing to talk with me. Overall, I've referred IHS to many people. Our parents use him, and our friends use him too. Ed is a good guy to work with.
