Chuck from Allied came out the first time to do a full vent cleaning and dryer cleaning with a Groupon deal. We had to pay extra because we had more vents than what was covered and I upgraded to the brush cleaning. He was very efficient and took pictures of our vents before and after to show us. Our house is 25 years old and never had the vents cleaned so the before and after were pretty remarkable. The only problem was that our dryer vent got plugged in the process because it vents under our deck and he wasn't able to get to it the first time to snake it out. We noticed a lack of air in the dryer and clothes weren't drying. We contacted Chuck again and he said he was just leaving his last job of the day and could be over in 15 minutes, which was extremely appreciated. He and his co-worker worked on the dryer vent from both ends until the clog that was located by the outside dryer vent broke free. They even crawled under the deck while it was raining to work on it. Now everything is working great and we weren't charged for the return visit. Overall, I have been very pleased with Chuck's level of customer service and the job he's done.
