They could have done better.

I wasn't home, nor was my wife, when they came to clean. When we got home and inspected the job, some things were cleaned but other things I would have expected to be clean weren't.

Thanks for your honest review John. For this very reason we always request that one or both of the homeowners are present. Please call our office and reschedule when both of you are present and we will come out again to clean the additional items. We always recommend the furnace clean and check, but didn't want to do it without your permission.
