They were professional, and they actually came out to the house twice. The first time they came, they didn't want to do the work because there were still crews working there. They didn't want to come in, clean everything, and not have be perfect after it was done.

So, they came back and cleaned out the cold and hot air ducts for my furnace. They cleaned the fresh air returns and the actual exhaust vents for both the bathroom and the kitchen. They scrubbed those out, sprayed air into them, and also cleaned them with a rotary vacuum system, which goes inside and sucks out everything. Then they sanitized them with a spray.
