Hooray for Kyle Balangue, manager of Santa Clara's AAMCO on El Camino Real! About a year ago, I needed to get my tail light bulb changed as the bulb burned out. It was so difficult to get the bulb out, that I decided to go to AAMCO so the mechanic (not Kyle, but someone else that I forgot) can do it for me. It was really hard for him, and he worked on it for about 30 minutes just to get the darn bulb out. I was charged $20, and I was happy that my bulb was changed. Well, today I realized that the same tail light was out, so I went to the same place, but this time Kyle Balangue was there to help me. Not only did he provide this service for free, but he did it in just a few minutes, and he adjusted my light bulb fixture on my tail light to make sure there was more tension. It turned out that the light bulb didn't burn out, but it just fell off the fixture ( or whatever you call it). I came to this place expecting the same service as last time, but they totally exceeded my expectations. Kyle was patient, friendly, and professional. Thanks for the awesome service, Kyle!
