I normally don't do reviews but I felt the need to do so this time. Unfortunately we had some unwanted applicants come into our office due to being out in the fields. AAA was my third call of the day and when I spoke to Heather she was most helpful and very understanding. My first question was how soon can you have someone out, her answer...about 20 minutes..What!!! I was beyond surprised it was that quick. She sent out her technician Joshua who by the way was already done for the day but he came to the rescue any ways =) he came and took our unwanted applicants away. Thank you so much AAA team for all your help now we can continue doing our jobs with no worries of who is watching us from the ceiling (rodents) =/
