Clean, quiet, and comfortable.
They're wonderful. The staff and Phoenix Bethesda Gardens facility is wonderful. My only complaint is that I didn't feel like I had a lot of communication with them. There should be a checklist or something, because I still find myself asking things as I run into problems. That's my only complaint though.
The facility is very clean and nice, and my daughter is happy. They let her have her cats and do everything possible to make her comfortable. But nobody's perfect, so I give them a 4.
