My wife set up the appointment with Mighty Clean Carpet Care. Our situation was we have a couch that used to be in a smoker's home. They were very helpful and professional over the phone and very realistic on what needed to be done. They told us that smoke is really hard to get out of fabric, so we had low expectations but were hopeful.

I was there when they arrive. I thought they did a very thorough inspection of the couch, even unzipping the cushions and sniffing to see just how far the smoke had gotten. After cleaning our couch, I had them clean our stairs as an add-on. They did a really great job there.

The jury's still out about our couch. It's not 100 dry yet. So far, it's smelling like most of the smoke if not all of it came out. The pull-out bed still smells a bit, but they warned me that they didn't want to hit it too hard or it might never dry and then we'd have issues with mold. So, we're keeping our fingers crossed for now.

I thought they did a really good job. They were honest with us and did a thorough job. We've gotten a quote for the upstairs and plan on using them again in the future.
