Kevin came out to clean our carpets for a boat and was extremely professional and did a great job. A couple of the carpets had a reaction and dried darker than the rest, but he came back out right away and re-cleaned them all without hesitation. He figured out what happened and used a different product and solved the situation. I couldn't be happier!
