The staff is very kind and caring! The only area we feel could be improved is in the area of communication. Many times there are flyers that come with the bill and when we call for additional details, the staff has not all been informed. There also needs to be a possible social service worker available to help families with family matters pertaining to the elderly. Overall we have been very happy!
