We used Zions Builders to build a tire store. Going into it, I was kind of fearful, as I had heard stories about other builders and how you have to keep on them and they never get anything done when they are supposed to. The truth is, I didn't have to keep on Zions. They were right on top of everything themselves. Every time I came by the project, there were not just a couple of guys working, but a whole crew of different tradesmen working on the project. They completed the work on budget and on time. I was not only thrilled with the workmanship, but the openness of the working relationship. Everything, from start to finish, was exceptional.
