The customer service aspect of Maggie's Shutters is outstanding. The owner did my estimate and the staff is very polite. They were honest and upfront about everything. The closing date on the house changed a few times, and every time I called they were pleasant, flexible and would work with me. They really helped me out. The workmanship on the shutters is outstanding, they are beautiful. I want to give them five stars because the experience was tremendous.
