Advent installed four systems in our new home in 2000. Over the years several have been changed out for newer models. While maintaining systems is, admittedly, not cheap, it's well worth the cost in knowing your installer is nearby and familiar with your needs. Advent has always responded promptly and cheerfully, honoring its maintenance contract, and giving advice over the phone and in person. Their entire staff, from office to field, has served us well.
