I was sufficiently impressed on a service call to go ahead and invest in a maintenance plan. James was a great guy, and did a great job. About 4 months later Advent had a great follow up on scheduling my planned maintenance. James came out again, spent about 1.5 hours here, came down with a professional report, and then told me that he had noticed my water heater leaking. He saved me a ton of money - my water heater is in the attic and a catastrophic failure would have cost me well into 4 digits. Definitely would recommend. Stellar service, stellar followup. The first is easy, the latter is hard.
