We are very happy with Dutch Built Construction.
The work they performed was done professionally, with minimum disruptions to us. We care for an elderly grand-mother & due to her condition she needs very little disruptions & interruptions to her daily routine, when we explained this to the crew they were very accommodating with our requests to stop work around 4 to 4:15 pm. Everything that was on the work order was performed and Mr. Welch was there each day to check on the progress and find out how the job was going. He even pitched in some of the time.
We would gladly recommended Dutch Built to anyone that is considering having any type of home renovations. In our case the work done was to remodel our kitchen, from new cabinets, to moving a wall to make more room in kitchen.
We found Mr. Welch to be a good person to work with. He was never pushy for money up-front & he came threw with all our requests & expectations. Plus, we have a two year warranty on the job performed. We think that's a good deal.
