Every time I bring something for a problem it gets fixed.
I own a 1993 Mercedes E320 and I have had a lot of trouble with the car. It's an older car, and over the past year and a half I've been going to Steve's International Automotive. I've taken it to the dealership on occasion too, but for the most part I've taken it to Steve's. I took it to another place to have my transmission rebuilt, but that company screwed things up, like the engine code settings and things like that. Many things were done wrong, so I took it back to Steve's instead and he straightened it out for me.
Steve is former Navy, and I trust him implicitly. He explains what the issue is, shows you the parts, and gives you options in terms of what you want to do or how you can run the car with out fixing something. He give you lots of options in terms of what you may or may not want to do, and in terms of the quality of work, every time I've brought something for a problem, the problem was fixed when I leave, which is not the case with other places I've taken the car.
