I think Steve's International Automotive is really smart. They're not your average grease monkeys at all. They're very intelligent, and they've got the cleanest, neatest, most presentable work place to work on you car that I've ever walked in to. You can practically eat off the floor in there.

The people that work there are just lovely, wonderful, and helpful. They take the time to explain things to you. They spent three hours one day trying to diagnose something wrong with my car, and they didn't even charge me for it. They were very patient, running all the diagnostics on it with their computer, and they were really nice, and very, very helpful.

They don't ever act like they're too busy to talk to you. For women who know very little about automotive things, they explain everything in great detail. They don't overcharge either, and in fact they are less expensive per hour than most places. I think they are very ethical, honest, and trustworthy.
