Marcucci Heating Inc. always seemed to have an appointment pretty quickly for me. When they came out, they knew what they were doing. When some people come out, they don't know what they're doing. Marcucci Heating was professional. They were referred to us by our contractor to fix our water heater at the time. So far, they have replaced our water heater/furnace. That's the hardest thing, since not many companies handle this water heater and furnace, but they do! They've also installed air conditioning for us. They have great customer service.

Marcucci Heating Inc. cares that you don't have hot water!! The technician stayed after 5 because he knew that if he left, we would be without hot water. We've just been really impressed. We checked for pricing beforehand, and they were comparable. When the people from Marcucci's came out to give the quotes, we could tell they knew what they were doing. Marcucci's is knowledgeable, professional, and easy to work with!
