I bought a set of tires from Tracy, and paid $125.00 more than what I found after the fact. He charged me freight from Seattle, without letting me know that was part of the price. My fault for not checking prices elsewhere. He gave me an alignment to compensate for the extra$$. As far as service, when I originally called about the tires, he said he would have to check, and didn't get back to me. I had to call him back the next day. When I called to ask about the high cost, he said he'd get back to me but didn't. I had to call him back the next day. When I got the alignment, I asked him about some brake work. He said he would check, and I have not heard back from him. I won't go back, and if asked, I will relay my poor experiences. A heck of a way to run a business!
