Max Mechanical came out right when I called them. They found the problem quickly and fixed it that same day. On both occasions. The first time we had a run capacitor that blew, then a week later we came home Sunday and the motor blew. I think initially that might have been the problem, but they compensated us for what we spent before because that was the root problem. It all worked out, and we didn't have to replace the whole unit, as the gave us the option to just repair it.
