We came in to Ruckersville University Tire & Auto Center with several difficult car problems. Despite the shop being busy the entire day, the manager, Onnie Roach, and mechanics were nothing but helpful, honest, and fair with us throughout the process. When repairs were not finished by closing time, the manager and mechanic offered to stay an additional 3 hours in hopes of finishing the work that night. When they finally had to call it quits at 10pm, the manager personally offered us a ride to a nearby hotel and paid for most of the expenses through discounted repairs. The next morning, we were again picked up from the hotel when our car was finally ready. This could have been a very frustrating experience, but I felt very satisfied with the service and the car is running great!
