Worth every penny!!! I've had 3 different AC Company's over 3 years tell me I need freon (2 suggested a new unit) to cool 2 of my 4 rooms upstairs that blow warm. Same unit - 2 cool rooms and 2 warm rooms. The freon did nothing. Frustrated, I started an internet search for attic insulation (thinking maybe insulation could help solve) just a week ago. I found Efficient Home Solutions. They came to my house and quickly determined (with the use of a high tech tool) my 2 warm rooms were blowing air at 79 degrees while the 2 cool rooms were blowing at 63 degrees. Once in the attic they assessed poor attic circulation, leaking unit, duct lines were to long and winding and needed to be shorter in length and finally my thermostat was poorly positioned in a bedroom and should be moved to a different part of the upstairs area. They just completed their work. Amazing care by 2 employees to wear booties when entering and cleaning up after all their work. Needless to say - all rooms now blowing cold at the same temp, with a much stronger force of air coming out of all vents. What a releif! Maybe I can save someone much time and misery by writing this story. The simple fix after years of dealing with the wrong people. I have the highest praise for this company - never trying to oversell, never recommending a new unit - they just assessed the issues, the real problem
