I was on my way from Thousand Oaks when my car broke down in the freeway because PepBoys failed to put oil in my car when I took it in for an oil change. I googled the closest place around and it was Avenue Tire & Service. Roy [the owner] was able to help me find a tow truck at a reasonable price that would get my car to his shop. Even though we arrived half an hour aftet the shop had closed, Roy and two of his team members stayed and EXTRA hour and a half trying to repair the damage caused to my car because of PepBoys lack of service. They were very professional and and helped me understand what had happened. I am not from Ventura but if I were, I wouldn't go anywhere else, they are a great example of what Great Customer Service should be like! Thank you Roy, you have an AMAZING TEAM!
