They are prompt but I don't have high confidence in their diagnosing of issues.
I called Arnold & Sons Plumbing Heating out a few times for a leak in the basement, a toilet that was running and more. They have not been able to locate the leak in the basement and it is still leaking.
They did do a water heater a week ago, and did a wonderful job on that. They should have put a gas pipe line in but instead used a gas hose line because they were not prepared.
