I called Arnold & Sons to fix a clogged drain underneath my crawlspace, and it wouldn't come out easily, so they dug out around it, had to cut the pipe, put a new pipe in, and recap it. They explained everything to me, and they were polite and professional. It ended up being a 3 day job, so it was pretty expensive, but I would call them again, and will have to, because I got roots growing into my pipes.
