We've used Arnold & Sons Plumbing and Heating several times, and we seem to have the same issue. We've bought water heaters and they don't seem to last long. The people are fine, but I am disappointed in the product they're selling, and they seem to be considerably overpriced. But they showed up on time and were professional and timely.
