Roscoe Brown came out to service our air conditioner, and a couple of days later a coil broke. They came out to give an estimate for repair, and we discussed replacing the unit totally.

They found information for us to go through the TVA program through our local electric company. Roscoe Brown technicians came and put in the new system, and it has been great ever since.

Because we went with TVA they have their electricians come out and inspect the system. They found a few minor things that needed to be changed to fit the program, and Roscoe Brown came out right away to fix them.

They are friendly and knowledgeable. The salesman who came out was very helpful and friendly. He answered all our questions, as did the service technicians who came out for the service and installation.
