These guys have always been punctual and take care of business. I admit they need to get a better dispatch as of the last 2 years. But Mr. Brown has always resolved and fixed anything and has been completely fair in pricing. Trustworthiness is key and I would continue to use them because of this fairness, or rather Norman Brown's fairness. He does care! When I install a new unit (I will buy scratch/dent), it will be THEM I would trust to install it right.
