We had an unusual situation with Floor Crafters. We had little to no contact with them because we decided to have them come in and do the work while we were on vacation. We decided to capitalize our trip, so I called them up and they were able to fit us in on short notice. While we were gone, they came in and laid down wood floors. They refinished the wood and were able to match it perfectly to the wood we already had in the house. We are very happy with the results and would use them again!
