We were under tight time constraints and Floor Crafters were great about scheduling there workers to come in as soon as possible and at one point had 5 people working on our floors so that they could get them done on scheduled. Sherri and Kim were great in the front office. My only complaint is that they could have been a bit more careful in applying the urethane as some got on to the walls in one place. If I could give half stars I would give them a 4.5 rating. All in all, highly recommend them.
