One new window started leaking extensively with the last heavy rain we had recently. I called and left messages with the after hours answering service all day Sunday. The answering service wasn't very helpful unfortunately. But first thing Monday I got a call from Republic and they sent a technician out to fix the leak. Ruben did an excellent job fixing the leak and correcting the problem. He was very thorough and helpful.
