On a scale of 1 to 5, I would rate Mister Collision a 6. I had a fantastic experience! The biggest thing was that I felt very confident dealing with Aldo, who is the owner and decision maker. He met with me, explained the process, looked at my vehicle, and did what he said he was going to do. Granted, there were a couple of hiccups waiting for authorization from the insurance company, but Aldo was very proactive in letting me know what was going to happen, when it was going to happen, and then he did what he said he was going to do, which was a plus.
