Watch out for details on the repair.

I had a bumper break on my 2012 Toyota Camry. Mister Collision Inc. got it fixed, but the trunk still looks like it's open. When you stand from a distance it looks like there's a gap there. I made several complaints they said they can't really do anything to it. They said that's the way it's supposed to look, and I know that's not the way it's supposed to look.

I had gone to Mister Collision Inc. before through a friend. In the first instance, I thought they did a good job. That's why i went back. This time around I'm not satisfied. If I come out to Dallas again, I will probably talk to the owner. He can tell that it's not fixed well.

Im so sorry that the repairs have not satisfied your expectations this time.
but from the beginning day of the repairs we notified you that because of the prior damages on your car the insurance company only approved the used parts and most of the times there are some cosmetic issues with those parts.and on top of that the prior poor repairs done by some other shop on the car didnt make the process of repairs easy .but still to prove our good intention to you after you called us about your concerns we worked twise on the same issue to make sure you are happy and still as I spoke to you earlier I scheduled you for Monday to come and let us see if we can figure out how to make that cosmetic issue look better for you.
