Overall, the girls at Gloss Hair Salon are really nice and all smiles. I went in for a mani and pedi. I don't know if the girl had just gotten out of school, so she was fresh at it or what, but she just seemed kind of timid and nervous. Like she was brand new, and wasn't quite sure about her surroundings yet. I mean she was very nice and I'll go back and try her out again because I like to give people the benefit of doubt and maybe she'll adjust to her surroundings.

Otherwise, Gloss is really nice. Everyone is friendly and very complimentary and have great attitudes.
