Cliff was extremely responsive, helpful, and patient throughout our kitchen remodel process. He was always encouraging and positive, which made the experience a good one. There were some mistakes in ordering and in what we received from cabinet company, which slowed down process a bit. Cliff stayed on it until we were satisfied with what we received - from both cabinet and countertop companies.
