when I first met Robert, from Trabuco air, I was impressed by his knowledge of both what is required to install a new system but also what is it that you really need. He could have pushed a high end unit but when he laid out cost differences along with the electrical savings difference it did not make sense to spend the extra money when it's payback was over 10 years. His installers were also very good and knowledgable, part of my installation included new ducts and when they thought I should add a new duct, due to the size of the room, we agreed and they were nice enough to only charge me for the materials. Robert took care of getting the permits and when the inspector wanted additional work performed Robert resolved the issue, with the lead inspector. I will recommend this company to all of my friends and will always go to Trabuco air for both my Heating and air conditioning requirements.
