Great experience. Premier was quick in returning my call for service and had someone out within 24 hours. I am a single mom with no idea as to what goes working with A/C's so I was nervous wondering if I could trust someone not to take advantage of that. James Knox was the technician who came out and he put all my fears to ease. He was courteous and professional and quickly assessed the problem. He did a great job explaining what needed to be replaced and fixed the problem.
