Premier Indoor Comfort Systems is an excellent company. We have used them for many years. In fact, an old neighbor of ours helped found the company, if I remember correctly. We have a maintenance contract with them, and they come out twice a year, before each major season, to make sure everything is up to snuff.

During the most recent inspection, our technician noted some issue with our air conditioner. Basically, we had to decide between pumping a bunch of money into the old unit, or purchasing a new, better unit that we could rely on. We chose the latter, and a salesman came out to explain our options. He was well informed and easy to work with, and honest about the different possibilities.

The new unit was installed and working not long after that, and we are happy with the results. We have always been able to count on Premier to deliver quality service and products, and in a timely manner. Their office staff is good, too. With the new unit we qualified for the energy tax credit, and they helped us out with all the necessary paperwork. Premier Indoor Comfort Systems is an all around good company.
