After about 5 years jumping through hoops with other companies regarding my malfunctioning ac unit, SHANE found the problem in no time and fixed it. We had a Freon leak in the attic as we were spending countless dollars on service calls for others to repair. The price he quoted me was reasonable and overall I am very happy. We hadn't had a better technician until today. We hadn't decided yet to go with their maintenance package yet but we are seriously considering it.
