I am a real estate agent and broker, and Mace's Termite Control primarily does pest reports for me. They go out to a property that we are selling and look for any pest work, like dry rot or termites. They then submit a bid to do the work, but it is generally not up to me whether they are used or not, though I can recommend them.

I have been using them for about 5 years. I find their rates competitive and their work good. What I especially like is that Robyn pretty much always answers the phone, so the communication is great. The turn around time on their reports is also fast.
