I've been dealing with Ultimate Tire & Car Care for probably ten plus years. I have a family of four drivers and we use them basically for all four vehicles. We started out buying tires there because of a referral from a friend at work. The service that they provided, their customer service especially, is why we continue to use them and shop with them for all our needs.

If I have an issue, I call them, and if they can't take care of it they tell me who can. I have referred them plenty of times, and I continue to refer them to people who want to deal with someone who will get it done.
