This was my first experience with Aaron's Garage Door Service. I found them online and they seemed to have a good reputation, so I gave them a call. Tom came out, and he was excellent! Such a gentleman.

First of all, he came out and gave me a very good estimate. He installed everything, but then he realized he didn't have the right spring and would need to go and come back. He wouldn't take any money. I don't know of any other company who would do that, I was surprised.

As Tom worked, he talked to me the whole time. He explained how I should maintain my door, which was great because I wouldn't have known otherwise. I felt like I got so much out of this experience. I never felt taken advantage. They provided great customer service and feedback at absolutely a reasonable price. This will be the only garage door company I ever call!
