Our garage door was broken, and in unsafe condition. When my husband was injured trying to operate it, we knew we had to fix the problem right away. We called Aaron's Garage Door Service, and they got back to us the very next day and were out to our home quickly.

We didn't know what the root of the problem was, or what was necessary to resolve the issue. The Aaron's servicemen were very open and honest about what was broken, and how it needed to be fixed. They gave us different options for the repairs, as well. They never tried to upsell us, but instead explained how certain repairs might be more thorough than others, and then let us decide.

Given the nature of our problem, we were suspicious that the doors weren't installed properly in the first place. We mentioned this, and the servicemen looked our second door over to ensure that it was safe to use, at no additional charge. This made us feel much better, and we were pleased with how willing they were to help. They were very respectful and friendly throughout the process, and did a good job. I have nothing but good things to say about them.
