Although I'm not very knowledgeable about roofs John Titus explained it very well to my daughter and me. He was on time for the estimate (actually early) and whenever I called him about anything he promptly returned my call.
The roofers finished the job as planned. The soffit however was a somewhat longer process but I think it wasn't the easiest job to do and I'm very pleased with how it all looks.
