I had been looking in the phone book and had called another shop and they said they'd take it Emmanuel's Mufflers, so I decided to take it to him direct myself.

Emmanuel was so kind. He was willing to take care of it that same day! I appreciated that he spent time talking to me aobut the problem in a way I understood. He listens and was very thorough with his inspection. He was fair with his prices, and didn't try to gouge you. He kept in touch with me while it was being repaired. The repairs were fast. I intend to keep going back in the future to have more things done.
