We were contacted prior to the plumber arriving and he arrived in a timely manner. Our concerns were all addressed and plumbing issues were resolved. They also helped us out when we had a flood a year ago when our upstairs toilet flooded into our kitchen. We will continue to use Mr. Rooter in the future.
