I have had four plumbing emergencies (at two locations) in the past few years. Mr. Rooter has always responded quickly and efficiently. My neighborhood plumber didn't even answer the phone on my first emergency. He has never heard from me since. Yesterday Dan of Mr. Rooter did a fantastic job of repairing a leaky pipe. These guys are terrific.
