I would advise any potential customer to use another company. Save yourself the time and headaches. Recently used Mr. Rooter Plumbing for a job at my house. The initial guy who came out and gave us the quote was nice and very knowledge. However we never saw or heard from him again 'bait & switch'. What we got was a very inexperience crew that actually caused damage. The company was unwilling to admit the mistakes by their workers. None of their managers or senior people ever came out to inspect the final work. Once you pay the money the customer service is terrible. Unfortunately Mr. Rooter was recommended to us by one of our contractors, and he was embarrassed by the service we received.
