I wanted to Thank the Technician, Carlos, from the Freehold office here in New Jersey who handled my repair with professionalism and detail. I had quite the mess late on a Sunday night with water pouring out of my toilet in my basement. Not knowing why it was happening or what to do, I decided to not use any additional water and to begin the cleanup process and begin the task of locating a plumber in the morning. After a trip to the local fast food restaurant the next morning to use their facilities, I placed a call to Mr. Rooter Central New Jersey and was told someone would be out within the hour. While it was more like 2 hours, I was still pleased with their prompt response.

Carlos arrived, introduced himself, gave me a business card and asked me to explain my problem and he immediately knew what the cause was, a backed up/clogged main sewer line between my home and the township line. He gave me an estimate of the repair from his iPad and accepted my authorization to complete the repair and began the work. Apparently there were tree roots in the line, several of them in multiple locations and Carlos continued to "snake the line" for more than 2 hours. He even showed me a video of the cleared line which from a "peace of mind" perspecive was priceless and I was comforted to know the repair was completed all the way out to the township's main line.

Not only was I pleased with the prompt response to my home, but Carlos was the utmost professional in his conduct, representation of the company, throughout the repair and in his explanation of what happened and what I can do to be proactive so that it doesn't happen again.

Carlos took a horrible situation and made it a lot more tolerable with his expertise and demeanor. Mr. Rooter should be proud to know they have such an individual representing their company when excellent customer service now-a-days is a rareity.

I would like to express my gratitude and appreciation to Carlos and the Mr. Rooter staff for getting me back online with running water and functional plumbing. While it was an unanticipated expense for sure, I am conforted to know that it was money well spent for a quality job well done.
